Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the koitoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform's services.
The koitoto platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. koitoto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend or terminate any account that cannot verify this requirement.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the koitoto platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed. koitoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to maintain account integrity.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to be your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact koitoto customer support immediately.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their place of residence. koitoto is not liable for any breach of local laws by users.
Payment Information, Deposits, and Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the koitoto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may change from time to time. koitoto reserves the right to decline or place on hold any transaction that appears suspicious or does not comply with the platform's guidelines.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or payment method used for your deposit, unless stated otherwise. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method. koitoto is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Any attempt to commit fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account involved will be closed immediately. Any balance in such an account may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.
Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users agree not to use the koitoto platform for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to hack the system, distributing malware, identity theft, or any action that disrupts the operation of the platform.
The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to access or interact with the platform automatically is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in account closure and legal action where necessary.
Koitoto does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or fully secure against cyber threats. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. The platform is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including financial losses from betting.
Koitoto's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the thirty days preceding the relevant claim. Users are responsible for retaining their own transaction records for reference purposes.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content on the koitoto platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, user interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of koitoto or its relevant licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent.
The koitoto brand name, logo, and trademarks may not be used in any commercial or marketing context without official authorisation. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites. koitoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users access third-party links at their own risk and are encouraged to review the relevant site's terms before engaging with it.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Koitoto reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including: violation of these terms, conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users, suspected fraud, or at the request of relevant authorities. Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud, any valid balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.
Koitoto reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
